Additional Information

Global L.E.A.D. is based in Atlanta, Georgia; therefore, Fellows will need to be based in or around the Atlanta area, and should anticipate traveling to be an integral part of your job. Marketing Fellows in particular will travel frequently to domestic locations, and should have access to personal transportation. Excepting during our summer programs, our working hours are generally 9am – 6pm weekdays, however all Fellows will need to be flexible – our schedules sometimes require early starts for meetings, and Marketing Fellows will frequently be out of town overnight during key recruitment times (November and January). When our Summer Programs are running, our staff will need to be available to participants at all times, however we will work hard to make sure that scheduling allows for a reasonable amount of time off per week.

As a non-profit we cannot compete with corporate salary packages, but we also don’t make you sit at an office and stare at spreadsheets all day.  Global L.E.A.D. will provide a living salary as well as an incentive structure for each Fellow. If, like some of our executive staff, you are at all able to live with your family you will invariably be more comfortable financially.

Application Process:

The application process consists of a short written application. Based upon these applications we will invite a select number of candidates to a one day assessment center in Atlanta, Georgia in late November, 2009.

We hope this has answered most of your questions – please shoot any more to: jen@globalleadprogram.org. We look forward to reading your applications!
