Global L.E.A.D. is about more than a study abroad program. We are run by young people for young people, in order to make study abroad a powerful lifetime experience. Our innovative L.E.A.D. model and dynamic, out of the classroom “leave your comfort zone behind” approach make a Global L.E.A.D. program one of the most influential educational experiences available to young Americans today.

Our Innovative Leadership – Education – Adventure – Diplomacy model combines service with street children living on a dollar a day, leadership training with inspirational speakers and real-life challenges like shark cage diving or throwing yourself off the world’s highest bungee jump.

Dynamic We believe you can learn more by spending a day living in a slum than sitting in a classroom being lectured to. A Global L.E.A.D. Program will push you out of your comfort zone with challenging service initiatives and once in a lifetime experiences such as a 5 day safari in South Africa, or screaming your lungs out in a 200,000 person soccer stadium in Brazil.

Our Team consists of one of the “Top 10 Outstanding Young People of the World” and our program is by our generation, for our generation. It is inspired by our travels across 6 continents, and speaking to young leaders from over 100 countries. In the age of I Phones, Twitter, and a rapidly changing world where young people can play an active role in creating a better future, we see the need to innovate on the traditional study abroad model, and have created a new way to do so.
