Global LEAD, LLC is an innovative, purpose-driven organization, focused on leading transformative experiences at home and abroad.  Rather than abiding by the status quo, we believe students should be able to combine the benefits of study abroad, international service trips and backpacking adventures into a holistic experience that truly changes their lives.  Through our academic partnership with the University of Georgia, we create, organize and lead adventures across three continents, where we challenge participants to stretch beyond their comfort zones, engage in dialogue with cutting-edge leaders, explore education outside the classroom, experience the adrenaline rush of extreme adventures and serve local communities.

 

We transitioned to a for-profit company for the aforementioned reasons; however, we also knew we wanted to continue being socially responsible.  Therefore, we have created many initiatives that directly benefit students such as creating over $50,000 in scholarships and investing in community programs at home and abroad.
