Cape Town Payment

 

Instructions

 

1. Click here to make a payment.

2. Select the icon of the payment that you would like to make.

3. Click “Proceed to check out.”

4. Click “Continue” under “I’m a new customer” to register, or fill in your credentials if you are returning to make a 2nd or final payment. If you forget your password, please email BethAnn@GlobalLEADProgram.org to reset it.

5. Follow the step by step instructions on Netsuite to complete your payment.

 

 

NOTES:

Parents: Please use your student’s email address in order to make a payment on their behalf. Also, please use your student’s name when registering them with Netsuite.

 

Students: Please use the email address in which you receive Global LEAD emails from in order to avoid duplication of your account.

 

Credit Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Remember that a 3.5% processing fee will be added to all online payments.

Payment Schedule for LEAD Cape Town

 

1. Due when you apply: Deposit ($500)

2. March 2: Second Payment due ($2500)

3. April 6: Final Payment due ( for Cape Town: $2650)

 

 

Group Flight to Cape Town Payment Schedule (The group flight is optional but recommended):

February 15: Non-refundable deposit due ($500)

March 1: Balance due

 

Global LEAD Refund Policy

 

Global LEAD’s refund policy is as follows:

 

  •  If a student withdraws from the program before February 20, 2012: Deposit refunded without penalty.
  • If a student withdraws from the program on or after February 20, 2012 but before March 19, 2012: All payments except for the $500 deposit are refunded.
  •  If a student withdraws from the program on or after March 19, 2012 but before April 10, 2012: All payments except for $1000 are refunded
  •  If a student withdraws from the program after April 10, 2012: No refund.

 

Late Fees:

A late fee of $50 should be added to any payment made after the due date, up to one week late. A late fee of $100 should be added to any payment more than a week late.
